Nakita Bowman is an young woman entrepreneur who is the founder of Outside Looking In, EnterpriseOutside Looking In, Enterprise . Very outgoing and spiritual, she loves to work for the people. her aim is to give a voice to those whom otherwise go unheard. She is crossing the world educating about how our people, young and old, can go to school and get training otherwise thought to be out of reach. Assisting in the empowerment and self esteem of girls and young women, she also administers workshops affording a platform for the ‘forgotten ones’.

Nakita Bowman's Biography Edit

Nakita Bowman, a 27 year old Texas native, is a young accomplished engineer and entrepreneur. As a freshman coming into college, she received a full ride scholarship from the historically black university Prairie View A&M University, as well as other scholarships totaling over $15,000. During her senior year in college prior to graduation, she studied for finals while simultaneously pondering over not one, but four job offers at different companies in her field around the country. . After graduating from Prairie View A&M University in the Fall of 2008, she took on a full time engineering job in Boston, Massachusetts. During the grueling round robin interview session, she was the first and only candidate to score a perfect 300 score in both interviewing and presentation skills. In her 25 years, she has toured the world; her travels including China, Europe, and Africa, to name a few.


To date, in addition to being flown around the country to represent her company at different events and conventions; Ms. Bowman has received one of the top awards the company has to offer, Excellence in Quality and Operations Award. This prestigious decoration given was awarded through her Quality Talent Development Rotational Program.


Very outgoing and spiritual, she loves to work for the people. People normally underserved- she has characterized as the forgotten ones. Currently structuring her own organization appropriately entitled, Outside Looking In Enterprises; her aim is to give a voice to those whom otherwise go unheard. She is crossing the world educating about how people, young and old, can go to school , understand entrepreneurship, and get training otherwise thought to be out of reach. Assisting in the empowerment and self esteem of girls and young women, she also administers workshops affording a platform for the ‘forgotten ones’. Her next level of achievement will be graduating with her Master’s and Ph.D in Psychology, and open much needed clinics and instititutions for mental and physical health as well as investing and operating a International Beverage company and an engineering firm empowering and employing architects, engineers ,and other technical careers from diverse backgrounds.
